Good for a small in-between break from studying or working. It's similar to gum so it lasts a while when chewing it during studying. Also an emergency snack.
SENTIMENTALS
When I'm with my dad, he always asks if I have a piece of candy. As he says "my mouth is bored". So it's out of habit I carry some sort of candy, but I also like giving people food.
PRACTICALITY
It's an item that is like I'm glad to have it in my bag because sometimes random cravings happen.
